MW Price Professional Tree Care ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We take privacy seriously and collect only what we need to respond to enquiries and provide our services.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form we collect your name, phone number, town or village, and the details of the work you describe. If you contact us by phone or email we hold the information you provide in that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out estimates and work, and keep reasonable business records such as quotations and invoices. The lawful basis for this processing is that it is necessary for steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and for the performance of that contract. We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

How form submissions are delivered

The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email address. Web3Forms acts as a processor for this purpose. Our email is hosted by our email provider in the ordinary way.

Website analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used, such as which pages are visited and how people arrive. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Google processes it on our behalf. Analytics runs only if you accept it through the cookie banner; see ourcookie policy for details and how to change your choice.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within a reasonable period. Records connected to quotations and completed work are kept for as long as necessary for tax and legal purposes, normally six years.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, and ask for it to be deleted. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information.
